The 26-year-old attacking midfielder returns to Marston Road for a second spell with the club, bringing attacking creativity and flair, along with a proven winning pedigree.
Manchester-based Navarro came through the academies at Hull City and Bolton Wanderers, and has since played for Bamber Bridge, Buxton, Radcliffe, FC United of Manchester and Ashton United, as well as his earlier spell here at Stafford.
It was at Radcliffe, under the highly successful management duo of Bernard Morley and Anthony Johnson, that Luca really made his name. He was the club’s top scorer in 2022/23 with 16 goals and 7 assists, made more than 100 appearances and won several Player of the Month awards. The following season he played a key part as Radcliffe were crowned Northern Premier League Premier Division champions. That included a hat-trick in a 4-0 win over Matlock Town during the title run-in.
In February 2026 he joined Johnson again as his first signing at Bury. He helped the Shakers win the Northern Premier League Division One West title and promotion in 2025/26, his second league title in three seasons.
