Paula brings over 10 years of clinical and clerical experience across Manchester and Cheshire’s NHS and private healthcare sectors, having supported medical, surgical and outpatient departments in hospitals, health clinics and community settings.

Now an established massage specialist in Staffordshire, she practises medical, oncology, sports and holistic treatments.

Paula holds a BSc (Hons) in Sports Therapy from the University of Staffordshire and was awarded 1st place in the 2026 GRADex Sports and Sciences awards for her independent research into the influence of hydrotherapy on Multiple Sclerosis.

Having recently qualified in acupuncture and dry needling, and with a place secured on an upcoming FA ITMMiF course, Paula is committed to ongoing self-development, with a special interest in sports, neurological and surgical rehabilitation.
