Graham (Deaks) joined Boro as first team coach in the 2024-25 season and after the appointment Neil Kitching as Manager he was retained, with the club recognising his experience and knowledge of the non-league scene.

A change in managerial staff saw him take over as Manager in the latter end of the season. He guided the Boro to safety. Following Kitching’s departure in the latter half of last season he was appointed Manager and guided Boro to safety. He has been retained as Manager for the 2026-27 season and has moved quickly in close season to strengthen the squad.

As a player Graham began his football career at Walsall where he made one first team appearance in a Football League Trophy semi-final in 2006. Whilst at Walsall he spent time on loan at Conference National League side Tamworth.

Following his release by Walsall, Graham played Rushall Olympic and Sutton Coldfield Town.
