Tom makes a welcome return to Rangers ranks after leaving to join National League side Tamworth in 2023.
Tom, who arguably has the longest throw in non league football featured in the 2025 3rd round FA Cup match v Tottenham Hotspur.
He will add another dimension to our midfield section this season.
Tom has previously played for Halesowen, Stourbridge and Solihull Moors.
