21 year old Harvey joined the club in the close season from Runcorn Linnets following the signing of Scott Bakkor.
Harvey began his career at Crewe Alexandra representing the club at under 16, 18 and 21 levels.
The right footed defender made appearances at Congleton Town and Kidsgrove Athletic before joining Runcorn in 2024.
