Ross grew up around Stafford and has always been involved in sport.
He completed a BSc in Strength and Conditioning at Staffordshire University, working alongside the Stoke City RTC during his studies, before going on to complete an MSc in Performance Analytics at the University of Chester.
Ross has previously worked with Warrington Wolves’ first team and Buckley Town, contributing to player development within both clubs.
