Al Gee and John Macmillan
Neil moved to Stafford Rangers at the start of last season from neighbours Rushall Olympic where he enjoyed a lot of success.
Neil had played at a number of clubs during a long playing career. Clubs include Hereford United, Paget Rangers, Highgate United, Boldmere St Michaels, Gresley Rovers, Sutton Coldfield Town, Stratford Town and Coleshill Town. He was also a player at Rushall Olympic before joining them as Manager in May 2009.
In just 2 seasons Neil has taken Rangers into the Evostik Northern Premier League
In 2014-2015 Rangers won the Staffordshire Senior Cup and failed only on goal difference to reach the play-off finals.
2015-2016 saw Neil lead the side to the Evostik First Division South Title.
Position: Assistant Manager
Nick came to Rangers with Neil Kitching from Rushall Olympic where they had formed a very successful combination.
Nick is another former player to re-join the ranks at Marston Road. He had a good playing career with Rainham Town, Hornchurch, Bromsgrove Rovers, Hednesford Town, Solihull Borough and Halesowen Town and Stafford Rangers.
A very able Assistant Manager forming a great management team with Neil and Martin.
Still keeps himself very fit and occasionally turns out for the reserve side.
Position: Head Coach
Martin joined Rangers towards the end of the 2103-14 season. A local man, who is probably one of the most qualified coaches in non-league football. Martin holds a UEFA ‘A’ coaching badge, and has a lot of experience at non-league level.
Martin was at Wolves as a youth team coach for 8 years before joining Tamworth as Assistant Manager in 2011.
He is very much an integral part of the successful Rangers management team.
Position: Goal Keeping Coach
As a player Paul began his career at Walsall FC before moving to Paget Rangers and then Worcester City, where he became first team keeper at the age of 19. He had a very successful playing career, winning a number of league titles and player of the season awards with Worcester City, Kidderminster Harriers, Redditch, Blakenhall and Hednesford Town.
In 1998 he moved to Stafford Rangers under Ian Painter. He began goalkeeper coaching at Hednesford Town before joining Rushall Olympic under Neil Kitching. Paul made his last playing appearance at the age of 49 in the Nothern Premier League against Worksop. Moved to Boro’ in the summer of 2016.
Position: Sports Therapist
Peter is an experienced sports therapist having learned his trade at Reading FC as a full time S.T. with their under 21 side.
He moved to Stafford University in 2015 and joined Rangers towards the end of last season.
Adam was on Rangers books in the past but it was only the 2014/15 season that he established himself as Rangers’ no1 after having helped Brocton to promotion in 2013/14.
He picked up both the Directors and Players Player of the Year Awards in 2014/15.
He has been Rangers No1 for the past two seasons behind a defence which was the meanest in the league for two seasons and was an integral part of last season’s Championship winning side.

James progressed through the Cheltenham Town Youth setup into the first team squad. He signed a pro contract in July 2014 and made his first debut in November of that year.
A number of loan deals followed before he joined Gloucester City at the start of the 2015/16 season. He then moved to Hereford FC
Joined Rangers at the start of the current season.
The 19 year old striker initially joined Rangers on loan from Kidderminster Harriers and scored on his debut v Rugby Town. A skilful player with a bright future in the game.
George spent 4 years as a junior at West Bromwich Albion before his release by the Hawthorns club in the summer of 2015.
Following his early release from his contract at Kidderminster he signed for the ‘Boro and is part of the 2016/17 squad.

An very experienced non league player, Christian joined Rangers ranks for a third spell, following Manager Neil Kitching from Rushall Olympic at the start of the 2014/15 season. Christian began his career at Rocester before moving to Stafford Town, Alsager and Rushall Olympic.
A strong, physical player who was pushed into a strikers role during the 2014/15 season and has continued to score goals when called upon to lead the attack. Christian had made 129 appearances for the club scoring 37 goals.
He picked up the Managers Player of the Season award last season.

Jacob Lucas & Elana Rogers
Sam joined Rangers on the eve of 2014/15 season after impressing in the final friendly match at Rushall and quickly established himself as a popular member of the squad, Now in his third season with the club.
He was with Wolves Academy from the age of 10 to 18 before moving to Brentford on a 2 year pro deal. Moved to Conference team Braintree last season making 10 first team appearances.
Received the Manager’s Player of the Season Award in 2014/15.
Alex had a short loan spell with Rangers in 2013-14 making just 3 appearances. A well travelled player who has played at Tamworth, Rushall Olympic, Hednesford Town and Old Wulfrunians.
Alex can play at right back or right midfield and is a very useful asset to the squad.
He was an integral part of the 2015-16 Championship winning squad and of this season’s squad.

Izak is the brother of Levi.
His footballing career started at Port Vale where he stayed from the age of 7 years until he was 15.
He moved to Macclesfield Town and moved through the ranks and become a regular first teamer after making his debut in 2007. He made 146 appearances for the ‘silkmen’ scoring 5 times.
He moved to Morecambe in 2011 (54 appearances – 3 goals) and then to Brackley Town (56-12), Barrow (21-
3) and AFC Telford United (31-4).
He joined Rangers at the start of the current season.
Levi is now in his fifth spell at the Rangers. He began his career at Port Vale rising from the youth ranks to the first team where he made 49 appearances.
Levi was a member of the Rangers side which achieved promotion to the Conference Premier in 2006, scoring the winning goal in a penalty shoot out.
He made a return to League football with Macclesfield Town in 2008-9 making 35 first team appearances and scoring two goals. He then moved to Oxford United for a brief spell before leaving the game for personal reasons.
A very popular player with the supporters, he is an integral part of the current squad.
He won both the Directors and Players, Player of the Season awards, last season.

Jacks early career was with Port Vale FC where he spent 8 years.
He has played at Leyton Orient, Stone Dominoes, Alsager Town, Kidsgrove Athletic, Northwich Victoria, Ashton United and Stalybridge Celtic (loan)
Jack played for Staffordshire County FA in the FA County Youth Cup scoring a goal on the Britannia Stadium.
He also represented England schoolboys under 18’s twice. Games that were televised on Sky TV.
The highlight of his career was winning the Samsung ‘win a pro contract’ trials from an entry list of 5,500. The prize for this was a one year pro-contract with Leyton Orient and he made a few appearances on the first team bench.
Jack joined Rangers from Kidsgrove Athletic at the start of this season.

Graham Collier & Tim Collier
and Jeff Eaton
Kris started out at Wolves and moved to Manchester United for a fee of £200,000 at the age of 14.
He left Old Trafford in 2003 to join Walsall and was part of the Walsall squad which won League 2 in 2006/7.
Kris gained 25 England caps at under15 – under 18 levels.
He also gained promotion from League 2 in 2007-8 with Hereford United.
He has also previously played at Port Vale, Darlington, Burton (loan), Telford, Hednesford and Rushall Olympic.
In total Kris has made over 393 career appearances scoring 29 goals.

John Bromley and Eric Robins
Joined Rangers at the start of the current season from neighbours Rushall Olympic where he had played since 2010.
A strong player who can play either central defence or midfield.

Kyle signed for the Boro on the eve of the current season after being released by Worcester City.
Kyle started his career with AFC Telford United, where he played between 2004 and 2006, making 68 appearances and scoring 32 goals, he joined Chasetown in 2007/8.
The now famous Chasetown FA Cup run led to Kyle joining their third round opponents Port Vale where he became a crowd favourite. His style of play led to many admirers. He remained with the Valiants for 18 months before moving on to Mansfield Town (40 appearances - 9 goals).
Moves to Tamworth 2010/11 (40 apps – 17 goals) Lincoln City, Tamworth, Altrincham, and Hednesford Town followed before his move to Worcester City.

A dominant centre half, Mat joined Rangers from Nantwich Town in September 2016.
He spent his early career at Stockport County after being offered a three year contract. Mat impressed in the reserves and was sent out on loan to Scunthorpe and Northwich Vics.
A permanent move followed to Crewe Alex in 2005 where he made a handful of first team appearances. Further loan moves followed to Hereford Utd, Southport, Lancaster, Barrow and Weymouth.
In 2008 he moved to Northwich Vics remaining there for 2 years.
He has had spells at Eastwood Town, and AFC Telford United, but has more recently been with Nantwich Town from where he joined Rangers.

Signed by the Boro in late September from Worcester City on a dual registration. The 21 year old started his career at Brentford with their Development Squad. Highly rated by the club he was offered a one year pro contract. He had a successful loan spell with Maidenhead before joining Conference club Worcester City last summer.

Jeremy Stokes and Tim Salmon
Richard is a tough tackling midfielder who arrived from Worcester City in October.
Richard has a wealth of experience having been with Hednesford Town, Chasetown, Brackley Town and Leamington, where he was forced to miss the whole of the 2013-14 season with a cruciate ligament injury.

Josh joined Rangers in October and scored on his debut at Grantham. Josh moved from Nantwich Town and can play on either wing or through the middle as a strilker.
He began his career with Stoke City before having spells with Alloa Athletic and Peterborough Town. Moves to Newcastle Town and Rhyl followed, before he joined Nantwich Town.
Jahquil Joined Rangers in November 2016 from Ilkeston FC where he had been an academyplayer.
He made his debut for the Boro’ in the 3-1 defeat at Newcastle Town in the Integro
League Cup match in November.

Alex is an exciting prospect who has progressed from Rangers successful youth team.
A former Stoke City and Crewe Alex academy player, he has made successful progression to the first team squad.
A versatile player who has also filled in as a competent left back when needed.
Alex is currently working on his fitness following a serious leg injury at the start of last season.
